Designs

Omniflex3G stoppers come in 6 different designs : 2 designs for serum stoppers (13mm & 20mm) and 4 designs for lyophilization stoppers (13mm & 20mm).

All lyophilization stoppers, single-vent or 2-legged, come with a specific flange marking. These flange markings in combination with the Omniflex3G coating prevents lyophilization stoppers from sticking to the pressure plates of modern lyophilization chambers.

Omniflex3G is available in both Ready-for-Sterilization and Ready-for-Use versions. All components are washed under cleanroom conditions with Purified Water and rinsed with Water for Injection. A special packaging enables direct use of the components in sterilization systems or in isolators and RABS.
